Schuler Shook’s Chicago office seeks a motivated Lighting Designer with strong interpersonal skills for an entry level position. If selected, you will join a creative, collaborative team working on a variety of project types.
You must thrive in a team environment, be energized by working on multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines, be fluent in English, and enjoy sharing your strong technical and graphic skills. You must possess excellent writing and communication skills. Knowledge of or strong interest in architectural lighting design is necessary.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and AGI32 are required.
Experience
in InDesign, ElumTools, 3ds Max, SketchUp or Enscape is a plus.
Daylighting analysis experience with Rhino, Grasshopper or Daysim is a
plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
