Jackson Pattermann
Lighting Designer
Jackson believes that innovation is a critical component of great design. He finds lighting design fascinating because it demands a blend of technical skills and aesthetic sensibilities. His inventive work with LED products both on the job and after hours provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the future technologies in architectural lighting.
His background ranges from physics and engineering to stage lighting and offers Jackson a unique look at architectural lighting design. He has studied light at the quantum level in physics labs, developed light fixtures as a mechanical engineer, and coordinated stage lighting for large events – all of which influence his detailed efforts at Schuler Shook.
