Schuler Shook Announces A New Principal in Minneapolis

Schuler Shook is pleased to announce the promotion of theatre consultant, Jody Kovalick, ASTC, to Principal.

Jody joined Schuler Shook’s Theatre Planning team in 2001. Dedicated and passionate about theatre production, Jody has a BFA from Pennsylvania State University and an MFA in Technical Design and Production from Yale School of Drama. He is also an active member of the American Society of Theatre Consultants.

Jody’s diverse production experience includes technical design and direction, lighting, sound, and scenic design for educational, community, professional and touring venues. This background ensures that every performance space that Jody designs is highly functional and elegantly serves the needs of the production team as well as the performers and audience.

Jody provides thoughtful solutions and an impeccable attention to detail for each of his projects, making him an ideal collaborator and advocate for our architects and clients. He is a wonderful asset to our firm and our work,” says Michael DiBlasi, ASTC, Partner in the Minneapolis office.
