We are pleased to celebrate the progress and contributions of several members of our Schuler Shook family. Each person embodies the creativity, innovation and service to our clients that make us who we are.
Robert Jenista
Theatre Consultant
Bob recently moved into the Theatre Consultant role in our Dallas office where his projects benefit from his tenacity. He studies a challenge and can consider all of the details that lead to an appropriate design solution.
Bob’s recent and current projects include MidCity Amphitheater, Huntsville, AL; Don Tyson School of Innovation, Springdale, AR; San Benito CISD Performing Arts Center, San Benito, TX; and Mustang High School Performing Arts Center, Mustang, OK.
He enjoys the complete experience of fine dining and is looking forward to returning to some of his favorite Dallas restaurants.
Beth Turomsha
Senior Lighting Designer, Studio Leader
Beth brings to the New York office a well-rounded design perspective and an ability to connect with clients as both an architectural lighting designer and a theatrical lighting designer. She believes in creating beautiful work and functional environments by shaping spaces with light and integrating illumination seamlessly into the built design.
Among Beth’s projects in New York prior to joining Schuler Shook: SAP at 10 Hudson Yards, Saturday Night Live offices at 30 Rock, and Wells Fargo NYC Headquarters. She is currently designing hospitality venues, educational facilities and sophisticated residences.
She loves to explore NYC with her son, looking at architecture, visiting museums, and seeing theatre and dance.
Angela McMahon
Theatre Specialist
Angie joined us in Chicago after honing her skills in scenic construction and technical direction at well-respected theatres. Working in technical theatre at various levels of production, she fully comprehends how no two performance spaces have the same needs.
Her recent and current projects include DAR Constitution Hall, Washington DC; Chicago Hope Academy, Chicago, IL; Streator High School, Streator IL, and Glenbard North High School, Carol Stream, IL.
Angie is a big baseball fan, and well on her way to meeting her goal of visiting all 30 MLB stadiums with her fiancé.
Keith Friedlander
Theatre Consultant
Recently promoted to Theatre Consultant from his start as a Theatre Specialist in Schuler Shook’s Chicago office, Keith continues to demonstrate leadership both in-house and on the full design team. Not only did Keith work in live entertainment for fifteen years before joining Schuler Shook, but he has also been on the client’s side of the table during a theatre renovation.
Recent and current projects of Keith's include The Momentary, Bentonville, AR; Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences, Lubbock, TX; TimeLine Theatre, Chicago, IL; and Loyola Academy Performing Arts Center, Wilmette, IL.
Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and two children hiking, watching sci-fi and fantasy movies, and dressing up for the Renaissance Faire. He even has his own wooden mug.
