Schuler Shook’s lighting designs for Chicago Riverwalk and Wintrust Financial Corporation each received a 2017 AL Light & Architecture Design Award, just announced by Architectural Lighting magazine. The distinct projects – an urban landscape and an historic interior renovation – were 2 of only 14 projects to receive an AL Design Award this year, selected from 159 international entries.
Chicago Riverwalk received an Outstanding Achievement Award in the Exterior Lighting category, and Wintrust Financial Corporation received a Commendable Achievement Award in the Interior Lighting category.
Schuler Shook’s lighting designers are pleased to receive such recognition from the AL jury for their lighting both inside and out.
Chicago Riverwalk and Wintrust Financial Corporation have also been recognized by the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) with Awards of Merit for each this year.
