A love of live performance led Angie to a successful career in technical theatre for many years. Through her experience in scenic construction and technical direction, Angie brings skills in project management and engineering, along with a unique understanding of the multitude of ways in which live performance venues are used.

As a technical director at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Angie was actively involved in the build and operation of The Yard, experiencing the construction of a new theatre space from the client’s side of the table. As a theatre planner, Angie uses her experiences in the theatre to help create performance spaces that truly support theatre artists in their many pursuits.
