The soaring four-story, beaux-arts style atrium is the centrepiece of the building, crowned with a stunning leaded glass ceiling, inlaid marble floors, gold accents, and a grand staircase. The atrium’s stone and brick materiality necessitated close coordination with contractors to ensure minimally disruptive pathways for power distribution.

Discreet fixtures concealed along the atrium’s perimeter at each level uplight the balustrades, pillars, and arches, illuminating the textures and intricate architectural details.
The lobbies, seating areas, and terrace take a more modern design approach. Thoughtfully specified and placed contemporary fixtures work in concert with interior design elements to create spatial moments for connection throughout the building. The result is a design that is cohesive, elegant, and timeless.
