The Lobby was designed with aesthetics and sustainability in mind. Glowing reveals at the front and back of each elevator lobby create a distinctive look. The design includes daylight sensors to turn off the main lobby downlights when sufficient daylight is present. These measures, among others, helped the building achieve USGBC LEED Gold certification.

This high-rise office tower designed by Lohan Anderson houses over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office space in Chicago’s central business district. Anchored by headquarters for two significant businesses, the building maintains a high level of quality in every detail, including energy efficiency.
Schuler Shook’s lighting designers provided interior and exterior lighting design services for spaces such as the main lobby, elevator lobbies, elevator cabs, entry plaza terraces, and entry canopy. The fritted-glass canopy is illuminated from the soffit above with adjustable recessed fixtures resulting in soft illumination in the driveway. Additional recessed downlights in the perimeter soffits provide general illumination to the exterior walkways leading to the adjacent plazas. LED illuminated handrails and steplights provide path lighting at the plazas for guests’ safety.
