This new 184,000 square foot casino project draws inspiration from the traditions of the Tohono O’odham Nation. Cultural heritage is expressed with displayed artifacts and a dedication corridor that acknowledges tribal members of note.
Specialty areas include High Limit Gaming and Poker, Sports Book and Lounge. A high end steak house, a pub with live entertainment, and a multi-venue food court provide a variety of food and beverage offerings. Lighting is integrated with the architecture to appropriately articulate the character and guest experience in each of these unique areas.
Morton’s Steakhouse
This high-end restaurant utilizes visually quiet narrow beam downlights for table and art accents, and large scale decorative fixtures as architectural features.
Bar at Morton’s Steakhouse
The bar integrates concealed linear light at bottle displays. Narrow beam grazing light accents the wine bottle display case. Coves complete the ambiance.
Libations
Layered light sources provide direct/indirect ambient light while integrated fixtures provide accents at venues.
Pub Stop
The Pub Stop restaurant and bar provides casual dining by day while RGBW recessed and accent light provide an enticing atmosphere for the live music.
The Poker Room
Thoughtful and orderly wall and art accent lighting surround the room, while quiet downlights are integrated in the unique ceiling and focus on gaming tables and room ambience.
High Limit Gaming
Tables glow, grazing light accents wood panels and a mural. Decorative fixtures complete the space.
The casino entrance beautifully showcases elegant retail spaces. This area features integrated shelf and accent lighting to highlight the decorative mill work treatment on the columns.
Attention to detail extends to restroom entries. Miniature puck lights integrate into the decorative mill work while recessed fixtures further highlight the entry.
