Schuler Shook provided Theatre Planning and Architectural Lighting Design services for a new 1,000-seat multi-use facility that will be used most often for music performances. A large, custom orchestra shell enclosure may be configured for groups of varying size or stored to provide an open stage for theatre, dance or assemblies. Services included theatrical lighting and rigging system design, architectural lighting design and seating layouts. Close collaboration with the design team and end user assured a project that is carefully detailed and highly functional. The project has been well received by the arts groups, the school, as well as the community.
