Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the hotel was formerly named the Radisson Blue Warwick hotel and was Radisson Blu’s first renovated property in the United States.

Energy efficiency and ease of maintenance solutions primarily utilized LED lighting sources. An astronomical time clock dimming control system provides automated energy savings control and gradual time of day transition settings for all interior and exterior public space lighting.
