The new Performing Arts Center includes a 510-seat thrust stage theatre, a black box theatre, and complete support spaces including a large orchestra pit, costume shop, scene shop, green room, and dressing suite.
St. Xavier High School

St. Xavier is a private high school that envisioned a new Fine Arts Center for drama, music, and visual arts. This vision was realised when the design and construction of the new Fine Arts wing, which encompassed four phases, was completed on time over an 18-month period ending in September of 2004.
The orchestra pit was designed with a mechanical lift system to provide flexibility in stage set-up to allow for a variety of performance styles. The black box theatre is also a multi-functional space with its flexible seating and stage arrangement.
