Lights placed at the top, bottom and middle of this four-floor work of art softly illuminate the warm wood-wrapped stair.

Working closely with the architect, Schuler Shook provided lighting design for multiple space types across three office floors and the conference centre floor. Grazing light along the deep green back wall in the cafe creates visual interest at the banquette seating.

Uplighting was used throughout the corridors and the elevator lobby to provide indirect light. Cantilevered fixtures illuminate the art displayed in the corridors. Lighting design scope included office work stations, amenity and collaboration spaces, golf simulation room, and elevator lobbies.
