This new venue serves audiences from 3,200 for Broadway productions to over 6,400 for popular music events. The theatre includes a fully equipped stage with support for large events, VIP suites, and an elaborate lobby.
The flexible orchestra level seating accommodates standing and dancing crowds or seated events. Articulating side walls and venetian curtains modulate the space to create a variety of capacities.
The theatre infrastructure and support elements allows for quick and economical modifications of the space to address different events.
Schuler Shook also provided the architectural lighting design which includes a kinetic light show on the lobby “bowl” and efficient LED illumination throughout the space.
