The new 23,000 square foot performing arts center opened in 2009 after a careful planning process to serve and enrich Southwest Iowa. The facility provides a 250- seat proscenium theatre, dance studio, rehearsal studio, and scene shop.

Schuler Shook participated in every phase of the project, from the feasibility study through construction administration, providing facility planning and programming, budgeting, audience seating layouts, sightline studies, back of house planning, stage house design, theatrical lighting systems, stage curtains, and theatrical rigging. The facility was designed to allow for further technical expansion as demands increase in the future.
