Schuler Shook’s lighting design supports these goals with schemes that draw the eye to key elements via well-integrated sources while balancing daylight with electric light. 

Our scope included lobby and amenity spaces, large-scale artwork, and meeting spaces. The 18^th floor bar, lounge, game room, and terrace offer expansive views.

Our work included collaboration with the controls manufacturer for a BACnet IP interface. The design intent for this integration is to allow the Building Manager to — from a single BMS console — adjust timeclock settings, poll status of occupancy sensors (potentially to automate adjustment of HVAC set points), and turn lights on or off by zone, room, floor, or whole building.
