This 57-story mixed-use development in downtown Chicago has panoramic views of Millennium Park. The high rise includes 24,000 square feet of retail space, nine levels of parking, 314 hotel rooms, and 300 apartments.

Schuler Shook, working closely with Solomon Cordwell Buenz, created the exterior lighting design for both towers, including the 6-story, multicolored “lantern” atop the higher tower. The “lantern” is able to display a multitude of color patterns to celebrate annual holidays and special events.
