The Kinkaid School required their performing arts complex to combine the most graceful aesthetics with the best production and instruction facilities possible—all in a manner that would complement the existing architecture on the school campus.

Theatre consulting services for this new $15.5 million K-12 performing arts building involved planning, design and coordination for two separate theatre spaces, a dance studio, music rehearsal and practice rooms, scenery and costume shops, and performer support spaces including a suite of dressing rooms and a green room.
