Schuler Shook developed the venue layout, seating plans, and sightline analysis. Accessible locations for wheelchairs provide sightlines over standing patrons for concert crowds. 

Other theatre planning services include the design and specification of the production lighting, lighting control system, motorised stage rigging, curtains, and fire curtain for the 80’-0” wide proscenium opening.

The architectural lighting design features the exterior façade, landscape lighting, lobby, display areas, auditorium, and multiple concessions areas throughout the venue. Schuler Shook also completed the lighting design for a new primary casino entry and porte cochere which opened this year. The new performance venue opened in early 2023.
